Description
The 2nd-generation wireless Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) uses 8 sensors to give Total Temperature Awareness® with live temps from edge-to-edge plus the ambient temp surrounding your food. Its TrueCore® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp, even if you miss the center. Our physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food based on heat flow to estimate cooking time remaining with uncanny accuracy.
Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation CPT has the highest ingress protection possible ( IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF.
The Predictive Thermometer is compatible with 1st and 2nd-generation Combustion accessories for extended Bluetooth™ range and (2nd-gen) unlimited range over WiFi!
