All orders are shipped in the order received.
It takes 1-3 business days to process orders and get them on their way. At that point, you'll get a shipping confirmation email. Shipped!
In periods of very high demand, products may be temporarily back ordered while we are waiting for inventory to arrive.
In that case, the estimated ship date will be listed in checkout (for example “ESD: Aug 21, 2023”) - that’s when your order is expected to arrive at our US warehouse for processing.

How does this make the antenna work better?
Placing your Booster or WiFi Booster in a vertical position aligns the antenna to better intercept radio waves.
This can improve antenna performance by 30%.
For best results you want the sending antenna (Booster) and receiving antenna (mobile device for Bluetooth or WiFi router) in the same orientation. Since you hold your phone vertically (most of the time), it works better with a standing Booster.
A Booster on a metal surface (for instance the side-table of a grill) will suffer from diminished range and reception. The stand both elevates and insulates the Booster from that effect.
