The 2nd generation wireless Combustion Predictive Thermometer (CPT) uses 8 sensors to give Total Temperature Awareness® with live temps from edge-to-edge plus ambient temp. Its TrueCore® technology always locates and measures the lowest internal temp – even if you miss the center.
Physics-based Prediction Engine™ creates a virtual model of your food based on heat flow to estimate cooking time remaining with uncanny accuracy.
Nitrogen-flushed, and hermetically sealed with a brazed ceramic bond, the 2nd generation CPT has the highest ingress protection possible (IP69K). It’s suitable for vacuum-sealing (hello sous vide!) and can tolerate extreme cooking temps of up to 900ºF.
Each Booster keeps a CPT ready to go with up to 9 months standby time. Recharge your thermometer up to 16 times from a Booster’s onboard battery.
